Return & Refund Policy
This return policy applies to purchases made on our website if the all conditions below are met:
- New, and unopened items are shipped back within 7 days after receiving it – with an evidence of the shipment tracking code.
- Items must be unused and returned in the same condition that you receive in along with the original packaging.
- All discrepancies, such as missing or items you received is a result of our error, must be reported within 48 hours and shipped to our warehouse within 7 days to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If the items are deemed defective or a result of an error, Lumee Labs will be held responsible to exchange based on your request.
- Shipping or delivery fees on returns are non-refundable.
- Discounted or sale/promo items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items that are damaged and used will not be accepted as returns.

Any return requests that fall under any of the below categories will not be taken into consideration for returns/refunds :
8.1 Dissatisfied with the colour or design of product.
8.2 Items bought during a sale or promo (discounted items).
8.3 Personalised items.
8.4 Items with opened/damaged packaging.
8.5 No proof of purchase (email confirmation/invoice/receipt).
8.6 Request of return and/ or refund by third party (not the person that purchased the item).
8.7 Wrong power order made by customer - Order Cancellation is not permitted and refunds will not apply
- How to Return an Item : Please email hello@shoplumee.com with your Order ID and proof of defect (photos) to initiate the return process. Once the return is approved, we will send a confirmation email containing all details including return shipping details (address, Person in Charge Name, contact). Customers are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You should expect to receive your refund with an estimate of 28 working days via bank transfer once customer has provided their bank account details. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
