Shipping Policy :

Your order will be processed and shipped out from Lumee Labs warehouse within
3 working days (NinjaVan) / 5 working days (International).

West Malaysia

RM 8.00

Free Shipping for orders RM90 and above

 East Malaysia (Sabah/ Sarawak)

RM 16.00

Free Shipping for orders RM 120 and above

Singapore RM 30.00 (SGD10)

 

If more than 10 working days have passed, and you have yet to receive the parcel, kindly email us at hello@shoplumee.com to review the status of your order.

The delivery period will take around 3-7 working days. Shipping costs will be reflected on the website during your checkout process automatically based on your shipping address. International shipping is available on shoplumee.com via NinjaVan.

Estimate Delivery Time

West Malaysia – 2 to 3 working days (NinjaVan)

East Malaysia – 3 to 5 working days (NinjaVan)

Singapore – 5 to 8 working days (NinjaVan)

*all international orders may be subjected to minor delays due to custom clearance. 

*Please take note that delivery charge does not include any applicable import charges, taxes and duties by customs in your respective country. Customers are liable for these charges if any.

*Delivery period is based on courier company’s operations including special handling during peak season and public holidays. Lumee Labs is not liable for any delay caused by any of the courier companies we partner with.

Customs
Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. Lumee Labs is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

Failure To Deliver
Lumee Labs is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 72 hours, we reserve the right to dispose the shipment.
